the fence and start your nest egg? Property taxes? fear of further depreciation? fear of loosing your job and not been able to pay your mortgage? Whatever it is that is stopping you from getting on board to homeownership stop thinking and start acting. Look around you and see the loads of cash investors pouring from all directions to buy short sales and foreclosures for future growth. I am getting a lot of buyers from Canada, bringing cash to buy here in Fort Lauderdale... could it possibly be their own fears to a bubble up north?
