Like most, we're tuning in to the Olympics when we can. Some great performances have happened and even a local hero!
Dara Torres, swimming in her 5th Olympics at the age of 41 has certainly changed our idea about how long someone can perform competetively in sports! She's grabbed 2 silvers and is certainly 
inspiring for those of us over 40!
And local sailor Anna Tunnicliffe snagged the gold in Laser Radial sailing, coming back in her last race by catching a gust and passing several boats to bring her score up to Gold. She trains out of The Lauderdale Yacht Club locally here. Congratulations ladies!!
